I’m excited about working with you on a Limited Reissue —Before we begin, please take a moment to read through the information below on Limited Reissue work. If you’d like to move forward, please fill out the form at the end to get started.

1. Payment & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to begin all work. Once you are ready to start, I will contact you to discuss the details of your design in a planning phase. Once the details are set, I will create an individual listing for you to place the deposit.

This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as materials and time are invested immediately upon starting. My minimum fee is currently $500.

2. Design Planning + Timeline

The design will remain faithful to the original, and modifications are not available for limited releases. If a stone was used in the original design, I will work with you to provide options for new stones that will work well with your piece.

Once the design is finalized and work has started:

• No changes can be made.

• During the planning phase, I’ll also provide an estimated timeline for completion. While I do my best to stay on schedule, please note that some factors—such as shipping delays, sourcing specific materials, or unexpected studio interruptions—may be out of my control. If any significant changes to our discussed timeline arise, I’ll keep you informed on those changes.

3. Handmade Variations + Design info

Work inspired by previous designs may have natural variations due to the handmade nature of the process. These differences are part of what makes each piece truly one-of-a-kind. Remember that while I am skilled at reproducing my art, I am not a copy machine. 🖤

Currently, all limited-release work will be based on previous designs. Please note that while your piece is made uniquely for you, the design itself remains the creative property of Bearpaw Silver. I reserve the right to reproduce or adapt the design for future collections, other clients, or personal use at my discretion.

This helps me continue to grow creatively while honoring the original inspiration behind your piece.

4. Final Payment & Shipping

Once the piece is complete, photos will be shared.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the item is packaged and shipped. Shipping in the USA is free. All Limited Reissue orders must be insured with the mail carrier. I will add the insurance amount to the final payment listing.

By submitting a deposit payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms posted here + in my FAQS.
