Custom Chain Adjustment

Need a different chain length? I can make a custom length for you!

Check your listing first:
• "This chain can be shortened or lengthened": I can make the chain shorter or longer.
• "Can add a necklace extender": The chain's length can't be changed, but I can add an extender to make it longer.

How to customize your chain:

1. Find the chain length in your listing's description.

2. Find the difference between that length and the length you want, in inches. Select that number under Length change.
   Example: Listing chain is 18". You want 20". Select 2 inches + Lengthen
   Example: Listing chain is 20". You want 15". Select 5 inches + Shorten

3. Under Chain options, choose Shorten, Lengthen, or Add extender (only if your listing allows it).

Good to know:
• Lengthening: priced per inch added.
• Shortening: flat $12, any length.
• Measurements are for the chain only. The clasp, jump rings, and pendant aren't included, so the finished necklace will hang slightly longer.
• If lengthening requires adding a completely new chain, I'll choose a similar style. I only use solid sterling silver.
