Hawks are masters of the sky. Their remarkable agility and keen vision allow them to spot prey from great heights. On mighty wings, armed with sharp talons, they are formidable hunters.
This necklace is meant to be adorned by a huntress - Who knows her worth, skill, and power.

Stone | Deep red and brown Gila Monster Jasper + set with a white topaz
Chain | Approx 15” at shortest + 3.5” adjustable extender - 18.5” total length || This chain can be shortened or lengthened - click here to adjust your chain
Dimensions | Approx. 1” at the tallest point, 2” at the widest points
This necklace inspired a new technique I have not used before in my work - I have inset a tiny white topaz into the Gila Jasper. This stone’s deep red and brown reminded me of a barren landscape where a little white mouse might scurry between the brush, only visible from the heights above.
Each hawk has been textured by carving each metal layer, and the back contains a tiny fern pressed into the metal.
Completed entirely in my studio with traditional jewelry techniques - Hammer, Files, Saws, and of course fire! The piece has been marked with my signature maker's mark - A bear’s paw.
